Day Charters

If you are looking for a special day on the Great Barrier Reef for your incentive, corporate or special interest group, the private charter of a suitable vessel can offer you flexibility, exclusivity, and a customised itinerary to suit your requirements.

For example, The MV Tusa III and MV Tusa IV are 70’ (21m) custom built vessels available for private charter. Sleek in design and comfortably appointed each of these vessels can carry up to 45 passengers and access an extensive range of Outer Reef and Island destinations from Cairns or Port Douglas.

Snorkelling and diving are always on offer, while other activities can include guided snorkel tours, marine biology presentations, glass bottom boats, semi-submersibles, jetski and waveski hire.

Other charter possibilities include, evening cocktail cruises, transfers to Island destinations, ‘Boardrooms’ on the reef, film & TV options, and Live-on-boards.

Live-on-board Charters

The MV Tusa IV offers a unique opportunity to live on the Great Barrier Reef in total comfort, with nearly all the conveniences of your hotel room.

Up to 16 guests can live-on-board the MV Tusa IV for 2 or more days. Snorkelling, diving, and general relaxation are the main activities and itineraries and destinations are tailor made. Destinations can include islands, deserted coves, and pristine outer reef sites. For more dive-orientated groups, the MV Tusa IV can also take you to spectacular, remote reefs in the Coral Sea.
