This is local quality cruising at its best. Designed for those wanting to see and access into locations that other commercial vessels do not go, for example Pelorus Island and Nathan Reef, and if the weather is permitting this is also the only commercial vessel that can go through the Hinchinbrook Channel. This 3 night expedition with a maximum of 44 guests is sure to delight.

Departing Fridays and returning Mondays each week the itinerary is as follows:

Day 1: Boarding at 10am at the vessel located at the Cairns Trinity Wharf (Cruise Ship Terminal) for an 11am departure. Snorkelling at Thetford Reef, option for glass bottom boat tour and watch a fish feeding display. Options to scuba dive or trial an introductory scuba dive. Visit Sudbury Cay and have refreshing drinks ashore. Dinner is the Captains Welcome over a seafood buffet. (L,D)

Day 2: If weather is permitting this ship will cruise through the Hinchinbrook Channel, it is the only cruise ship that can do this due its shallow draught. In this area you will have the chance to see crocodiles, dolphins, turtles, dugong and whales (if in whale season).  Whale season is approximately July/August. At Hinchinbrook you will receive a guided commentary whilst on a Mangrove tour, have a guided bushwalk, snorkel and dive options on the fringing reef with the opportunity to see an amazing clam garden. You can do a glass bottom boat tour, kayak or relax on the beach. An Aussie Bar B Q lunch is served on the beach this day. (B,L,D)

Day 3: Visit Dunk Island and have a lovely tropical rainforest walk with naturalist guides, you will see the impact of a tropical cyclone and how it impacts these lovely tropical islands. No snorkelling is offered here although you will have the opportunity to snorkel or dive Nathan Reef later in the day. As well as glass bottom boat tours and marine biology presentations. A bar is set up on the beach this day for 'Sunset Sippers'.(B,L,D)

Day 4: This last day is spent at Fitzroy Island in the morning where you can do gorgeous native bushwalks, options to hike, visit the lovely flaura and rock formations at Nudey Beach (no it is not a Nude Beach, sorry all). Ability to access to beautiful island resort  facilities. You will return to Cairns at approximately 1.30pm. (B,L)
