Today will be full of enjoyment and relaxation in the Torres Strait region whilst touring Thursday Island and having lunch here. We then fly over the Torres Strait and down to Weipa. This little known region is the haven for Barramundi and prawn (shrimp) spawning, the crocodile's habitat and turtle rookery, with its continuous beaches and numerous river deltas.
