Visit St Monica's Cathedral and its breath-taking stained glass windows. Discover the unique flora of the tropics - exotic herbs, spices, valuable timber trees, orchids, fruits - with a guided walk through the Botanical Gardens and indulge in a delicious afternoon tea. Delight in our stunning city and mountain views, our waterfalls and visit one our northern beaches - Stunning Palm Cove.

Cairns City Sights tour will include a visit and entrance to the newly refurbished Cairns Museum, School of Arts. An exclusive 20 minute guided tour by a local expert/volunteer with a complimentary re-entry visit to the Museum throughout your stay in Cairns.


Half Day Afternoon Tour - Commences 12:30 pm, returns 6:00 pm

You will be collected from your accommodation by your local knowledgeable guide in our air-conditioned vehicle. Your tour commences at the water's edge, Marlin Marina, gateway to the Great Barrier Reef. Throughout the afternoon, you will discover our vibrant city history and rich cultural heritage that is unique to the far north. Step inside one of the most breathtaking cathedrals in all of Australia, St. Monica's, which features the world's largest themed stained glass windows. There are 24 windows (12 along each side) depicting the story of creation.


Experience a guided walk through the Cairns Flecker Botanic Gardens, which is renowned for having one of the best exhibitions of tropical plants in Australia. Meander through the butterfly lined pathways under the green canopy as your guide explains the various plants you see along the way.

While at the Cairns Botanical Gardens, enjoy a delicious Devonshire Tea of homemade scones served with jam and cream and choice of locally grown tea or coffee. You will have a photo opportunity at Cairns best scenic lookout. This takes in the stunning views of our city, the mountains and the Great Barrier Reef. Your afternoon of exploring continues with a visit to the Lower Barron Falls. Enjoy a walk at the lower section of the Barron Gorge National Park, Surprise Creek Falls.

We continue further north to stunning Palm Cove, which is lined with Paperback Trees that are hundreds of years old. Stroll to the end of the jetty, where you will enjoy the breathtaking beach setting and natural surroundings. After the conclusion of your tour, you will be returned to your hotel.

Tjapukai by Day is a celebration of the living history of the Indigenous people of the rainforest. Learn to play the didgeridoo, discover the medicinal values of bush tucker, throw a spear and enjoy professional theatre incorporating traditional Aboriginal dance, fire making and storytelling. New to Tjapukai is a genuine cultural and visual Australian journey featuring the didgeridoo plus an expansion of the Cultural Village’s program to include hunting demonstrations.

Green Island

Green Island is a beautiful coral cay on Australia’s Great Barrier Reef. Green Island is a Marine National Park uniquely rainforested and surrounded by white sandy beaches and magnificent coral reefs and abundant marine life.

Your visit to allows you 2 hours at Green Island and included is the choice of snorkelling gear or a glass bottom boat tour. “Reef Rocket” is a modern comfortable air-conditioned highspeed catamaran with a relaxed atmosphere.
