Island Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled between 60 & 30
days of scheduled arrival, full cancellation will result
in loss of 20% of total amount due.
- If cancelled between 30 & 7
days of scheduled arrival, full cancellation will incur
an additional cancellation fee equivalent to 1 nights accommodation
for each cancelled room.
- If there is a reduction of
more than 50% of the rooms advised at final confirmation,
a fee of 1 nights accommodation applies for each cancelled
room.
- Within 7 days of scheduled
arrival, any cancellations will result in loss of full
monies.
- This policy may vary depending
on the Island Resort.
- For Lizard & Bedarra Islands,
if cancelled within thirty (30) days prior to date of arrival,
any cancellations will result in loss of all monies.
